consultative visant \u00e0 associer le corps m\u00e9dical \u00e0 la gestion de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n<p>Elle d\u00e9lib\u00e8re sur les choix m\u00e9dicaux et donne son avis sur la politique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, sur le projet m\u00e9dical de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, sur le fonctionnement des services non m\u00e9dicaux qui participent \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des soins, sur le projet des soins infirmiers, ainsi que sur le bilan social.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est \u00e9galement consult\u00e9e sur les programmes d\u2019investissement, les budgets et les personnel, l\u2019ensemble des risques inh\u00e9rents au fonctionnement de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un suivi particulier.<br \/>\nLe COVIRISQ centralise ceux-ci dans le cadre d\u2019une politique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de gestion des risques et de d\u00e9marche d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>On distingue :<br \/>\n\u2013 Les vigilances r\u00e9glementaires : h\u00e9movigilance, mat\u00e9riovigilance, pharmacovigilance, biovigilance<br \/>\n\u2013 Les vigilances li\u00e9es aux activit\u00e9s m\u00e9dicales et de soins<br \/>\n\u2013 Les vigilances li\u00e9es \u00e0 la vie hospitali\u00e8re<br \/>\n\u2013 Les vigilances li\u00e9es aux risques techniques : s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie et environnementale (air, eaux, etc.)<\/p>\n nosocomiales, notamment par l\u2019\u00e9laboration et la mise en \u0153uvre de recommandations de bonnes pratiques d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne,<br \/>\n\u2013 La surveillance des infections nosocomiales,<br \/>\n\u2013 La d\u00e9finition d\u2019actions d\u2019information et de formation de l\u2019ensemble des professionnels de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement en mati\u00e8re d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne hospitali\u00e8re et de lutte contre les infections nosocomiales,<br \/>\n\u2013 L\u2019\u00e9valuation p\u00e9riodique des actions de lutte contre les infections nosocomiales.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, le CLIN :<br \/>\n\u2013 pr\u00e9pare, avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe op\u00e9rationnelle d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne hospitali\u00e8re, le programme de lutte contre les infections nosocomiales.<br \/>\n\u2013 \u00e9labore un rapport annuel d\u2019activit\u00e9 de lutte contre les infections nosocomiales.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n    \r\n            <div post_id=\"3790\" itemcount=\"7\" d\u00e9cret du 26 d\u00e9cembre 2000 en application de la loi du 8 d\u00e9cembre 1992.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est un organisme de concertation entre m\u00e9decins, pharmaciens et personnels param\u00e9dicaux o\u00f9 si\u00e8gent le directeur de l\u2019h\u00f4pital et le pr\u00e9sident de la CME.<\/p>\n<p>Son r\u00f4le est de d\u00e9finir la politique des produits de sant\u00e9, de promouvoir le bon usage des m\u00e9dicaments, d\u2019assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi des produits de sant\u00e9 dans un cadre d\u2019assurance qualit\u00e9, afin de pr\u00e9venir le risque iatrog\u00e8ne li\u00e9 \u00e0 leur utilisation.<\/p>\n<p>La CMDMS \u00e9labore le livret th\u00e9rapeutique, les recommandations de bonnes pratiques th\u00e9rapeutiques et \u00e9value les activit\u00e9s qu\u2019elle met en place en vue de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue de la qualit\u00e9 des soins donn\u00e9s aux patients.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n    \r\n            <div post_id=\"3790\" itemcount=\"8\" Il tient compte du ressenti des r\u00e9sidents et usagers et prend en charge l\u2019aspect op\u00e9rationnel du fonctionnement de la restauration.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n    \r\n            <div d\u00e9marches de ces personnes et veille \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles puissent, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, exprimer leurs griefs aupr\u00e8s des responsables de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, entendre les explications de ceux-ci et \u00eatre inform\u00e9es des possibilit\u00e9s de recours en cas de contestation.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n    \r\n            <div post_id=\"3790\" itemcount=\"11\" la qualit\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des soins projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elle est pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le coordonnateur des soins.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est constitu\u00e9e douleur.<\/p>\n<p>Il organise\u00a0l\u2019acquisition et la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de l\u2019utilisation des instruments de mesure de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de la douleur, la formation des personnels \u00e0 leur utilisation et la mention des r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9valuation dans les dossiers de soins.<\/p>\n<p>Il propose des protocoles adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention des douleurs li\u00e9es aux actes, diagnostics et th\u00e9rapeutiques potentiellement douloureux.<\/p>\n<p>Il participe \u00e0 l\u2019information des patients : diffusion de brochures mentionnant les modalit\u00e9s de prise en charge de la douleur chronique dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement ; enqu\u00eates sur la satisfaction des patients en mati\u00e8re de douleur.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\r\n
